The Whalesong Lodge started out as Art and Bud's General Store in 1979. During the early years, it fed and clothed the local Gustavus population of around 50 people. In 1995 it was purchased by the Marchbanks' Family and the lower floor was converted into 4 rooms with private baths.

Our first priority is helping you have fun on your Alaskan vacation! We specialize in personal attention! Four newly constructed guest rooms with private baths are tastefully decorated with themes representing local wildlife--moose, bear, fish, and wolf.

Rooms are $100.00 double occupancy and $75.00 single.

No meals and only airport pick-up.
